HR Talent Manager
Oakleaf are partnering with a well-known and exciting retail brand who are currently looking to appoint a HR Talent Manager to join their Surrey Head Office. This HR Talent Manager role has been created as the business is eager to drive strong embed talent management and leadership development programmes across the business. As Talent Manager, you will focus solely on the companies' talent strategy. They have an established HR team, but are now looking to develop their offering by hiring a HR Talent Manager to build a talent plan. Key responsibilities of a Talent Manager will include:Establish and implement the talent development strategy alongside the wider HR and Talent Acquisition teams.Collaborate with business unit leaders to identify global talent needs for now and the future across the whole business.Develop talent identification and development tools for the business including performance management.Maintain records on key talent (high performing, high potential employees), succession plans, career paths, etc., and facilitate their effective deployment.We are looking for candidates who are passionate about working for a growing organisation who have historically worked in a large corporate and are able to apply their learnings. You will have experience in working across the whole spectrum of talent.
