Your new role
This is a true generalist role where you will be responsible for delivering an effective HR service to your arm of the business in a standalone setting. You will provide robust HR support for your senior stakeholders, providing sound advice and guidance on all employee matters, policies and procedures, assisting with all site recruitment, processing employee benefits and contractual changes and you will also lead on key group wide projects.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will ideally be CIPD qualified, be available and committed to the full assignment and have experience of working in a standalone role previously
What you'll get in return
£26000 - £29000 per annum (dependant on your experience) 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays, private medical insurance, life assurance, child care vouchers, discounted gym membership and flexible working is promoted.
