As Reward Analyst you will provide a high level of administrative and analytical support within the Reward team. You will need to have experience of data management, excel, and be very numerical.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Supporting the Reward Manager and wider Reward team assisting with the annual pay review, annual bonus, and promotion sign off.
- Accurate data management held on the payroll system
- Support the annual benefit review processes
- Relationship management with key benefits providers, communicating updates on changes.
- Provide ad hoc support on projects, compensation and benefits benchmarking analysis.
