Oakleaf Partnership is delighted to be exclusively representing a Global Technology business based in Berkshire for a Compensation Partner.
The purpose of the role is to support the business to deliver its commercial objectives through the creation of innovative Compensation plans and the communication of market trends and data analysis.
The Compensation Partner will report into the Compensation Director and will act as a trusted adviser to the respective business area, providing a high- touch consultancy service enabling the business to make informed decisions based on credible data and expert advice.
You will take ownership of the Reward process including annual Compensation planning and the architectural evaluation of current and new roles.
You will spot trends in the market and provide input and thought leadership that compliments the global Reward philosophy, challenging current processes and driving positive change.
This role requires a lot of interaction with HR colleagues and will be instrumental in supporting and training the team to equip them to manage local issues and enabling the Compensation team to raise the bar and operate as a true centre of excellence.
