HR Advisor5 month FTCWest End - London£30,000 - £35,000Media My client are a global digital agency based in London. They require a standalone HR advisor to join for a 5 month maternity cover contract. The HR advisor will support with the HR strategy, practices, policies and objectives. The role will be responsible for the development of processes and metrics that support the company's business goals and add value to the agency. Duties will include but are not limited to: Working closely with senior leaders to define and deliver the annual HR strategyAdministration for company-wide benefit offeringChampion and develop the agency's on-boarding programmePayroll administration through ADPLead the agency's annual appraisal processCollate data and present reports with stakeholders on headcount, turnover, remuneration, training etc.Review annual compensation and benefit plans Skills/Experience: ADP experience is necessaryPrevious HR generalist experiencePayroll and benefits administration experienceIdeally CIPD qualifiedAbility to work to tight deadlinesEnjoys creative environmentsAbility to work in standalone capacity, have own initiative, and ability to push back to senior leaders As this is a contract role, you will ideally be available immediately.
