Senior Manager/Director, HR M&A
I am working with a London based market leader that provides M&A Advisory services to clients. The team helps acquirers and vendors on pre- and post-deal people and organisational issues that relate to M&A.
Working alongside the C-suite of global organisations, this position is responsible for leading and delivering global projects and developing the practice and proposition. This proposition focuses on HR operations, employee experience, organisational strategy development and labour relations and compliance.
These client facing projects will therefore include responsibility for the development and delivery of: HR M&A programmes and HR due diligence, leading and supporting clients through organisational design and strategy development, people transitions and employee experience; synergy and cost analysis programmes; managing relationships with C-suite executives; and leading and coaching junior members of the team.
You will have experience gained within a Management Consultancy/People Advisory business and be client facing. From a discipline and capability perspective you will have expert knowledge within an M&A environment, preferably large scale/volume/global M&A including: delivering HR, OD or strategy programmes; HR operations; HR processes and employment law aspects such as TUPE transfers; HR operating models and organisational design.
You will therefore have strong experience of the entire M&A/Deal lifecycle and the role of HR and strategy within it, starting from due diligence through to concluding transitional service agreements.
Given the client facing nature of this position you must be mobile and prepared to travel.
