HR Business Partner
This market leading international financial services group seeks to appoint a pragmatic and relationship focused Bi- lingual HR Business Partner to join their EMEA team based in London with travel to Paris twice a month
As the HR Business Partner your key focus will be with their Paris operation as well as the EMEA remit, and you will also support and partner with key leaders and stakeholders in the business to provide sound advice at an operational and strategic level in order to achieve an inclusive and engaged culture.
You will utilise your sound French labour law knowledge in order to develop HR Strategies and solutions to address issues and implement systems and practices to meet French requirements as well as aligning them to the organisation’s HR policies and philosophies. Your aim is to understand the business and people priorities for your client groups while collaborating with other international HR colleagues in order to diagnose and identify interventions needed to improve organisational effectiveness and advance the business results in a service driven culture.
The ideal candidate will be bi-lingual in French and English coupled with strong HR Business Partner experience, preferably within a Financial services, international banking or capital banking organisation. You will have proven capability in partnering with senior leaders / executives to build a work environment that is reflective of the desired culture. You will be an excellent communicator and possess strong interpersonal and influencing skills..
