Regulatory Reward Manager, SVP
We are currently partnering with a financial services organisation which is looking to appoint a Remuneration Regulatory Manager. The focus of this role is to manage the Reward Governance and Regulation, ensuring that appropriate structures, policies and practices are in place across the EMEA region. This role will shape the organisations remuneration policy, processes and practices to ensure compliance from a regulatory perspective.
Reporting to the EMEA Head of Remuneration Regulatory, this role will play a pivotal role in evaluating remuneration policies and practices against a continuously evolving regulatory landscape. You will shape and develop Reward structures and provide expert advice on all reward matters.
We are looking for individuals with a pragmatic approach, who possess experience in designing and implementing reward solutions within the financial services industry.
You will be able to articulate a deep understanding of the broad range of factors impacting on pay and bonus.
It is essential along with the above experience that candidates demonstrate a solid understanding of all FCA and PRA regulatory frameworks impacting Reward within the Financial Services industry.
