A global online gaming and entertainment business in South West London is looking for a HR Analyst to join their HR systems team on an initial 6 month contract. This is an exciting time to join a technology business going through significant growth and change, therefore there is a high possibility of the role extending, or other opportunities becoming available in the business.
-Create and update system user guides, coordinate system changes and implement processes
-Act as an important link between the UK team, and HR teams in the global offices, helping to execute different initiatives
-Ensure processes are followed globally for projects such as salary and performance reviews
-Produce customised reports as required, for example, headcount, turnover etc
-Become a HRIS super user, and go-to person for all HR related systems queries
-Experience in HR data analytics, and a keen interest and passion to progress a career in this field
-Expert user of Excel
-Experience working in a global, matrixed environment is advantageous, as is experience working in a shared service environment
