Oakleaf Partnership are currently working with a leading national charity who are looking to appoint two HR Managers to join their team to focus on internal change processes. Your main priority in this role will be to ensure change management is effectively designed, supported and implemented, ensuring legal compliance and adherence to best practice. You will provide expert HR advice and support to the Country / Region / Function operations. Main responsibilities Organisational design / structures including assessing impact of design on factors such as behaviour, attitudes, culture, systems and communicationComprehensive impact analyses to determine how and which staff are affected by any proposed changesModelling of cost implications from a people/resource perspectiveEnsuring the efficient and accurate preparation of all necessary documentationAppropriate consultation (collective where required) including attendance at group and individual meetingsInput into communications plansEffective management of processes, and support, for any colleagues exiting the organisationEffective communication with other colleagues in People & Learning to ensure effective implementation of changes (e.g. L&D, Payroll)To be successful for this position you should have demonstrable experience of shaping and delivering successful change processes and championing the value of engaging employees in change. You should have experience in analysing people and business data to draw insights and experience coaching leaders/managers. You should be able to operate within a fast paced, high volume environment and be able to work flexibly. You should be able to start at short notice and be interested in working on a FTC basis.
