This HR Manager will support the business by managing all generalist HR responsibilities. Reporting into the EMEA HR Director based in Switzerland, you will be the main point of contact for all queries- including but not limited to the following:

- Set- up and manage a professional HR function
- Manage all transactional elements of the HR function in the business
- Finding the best people for growing the business
- Being a brand ambassador for the organisation from an HR perspective
- First point of contact for all employees and managers
- Manage in cooperation with other managers any ER issues
- Training with EMEA/Global projects as and when required
- Manage 3rd Party relationships
- Supporting the organisation with GDPR compliance projects
- Line manage the HR Coordinator & support in their development

This role will fully encompass all generalist aspects- but crucially the cultural fit is one of the biggest aspects for them to get right- they want the right person to be passionate about their brand and represent them both Internally and externally- and it is really important you love what they do! There is a great opportunity for this to go Interim to Permanent for the right person.
