This is a great opportunity for a HR Business Partner/ HR Generalist to join a leading national organisation and to partner with the business leaders across the South West Region covering Slough down to Plymouth.
Your new role
The role has a full range of generalist HR activities working in partnership with regional management and other business stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of enterprise wide initiatives across the Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Support and Total Rewards activities in line with business strategy. Identification of skills shortages, designing Personal Development Plans where appropriate, and supporting general learning and development activities are other key elements of the role as well as coaching Business Leaders to develop Employee Engagement action plans, providing advice, guidance, and ideas as required.
What you'll need to succeed
Your experience will have been gained as a HR Business Partner with solid generalist HR experience, ideally having worked in a large multisite, complex commercial environment. Additionally demonstrable experience of leading HR projects and initiatives is highly desirable Previous experience within a unionised environment would be advantageous and the ability to manage development and coaching as well as driving change is a must.
