This role is seeking to appoint a Ltd company employee on a day rate of £500 per day.
This is a UK benefits specialist role.
You will provide subject matter expertise on all of this organisation's UK benefits; drafting policies, ensuring good governance, designing and managing current and future plans, and supporting the health and wellbeing programmes.
You'll also assist the Head of UK Benefits deliver the Total Reward Strategy, ensuring the Benefits strategies, plans and policies enable the organisation to achieve their ambitious business strategy.
Working alongside colleagues in HR, Finance and Legal you'll ensure that the development and execution of the Benefits strategy reflects the needs of the business and people.
o Review Benefit provision, including monitoring costs, financial impact, future funding requirements and competitiveness of package.
o Manage relationships with Benefit providers, and work in partnership to define and achieve service level agreements, and optimize benefits provision.
o Oversee annual renewal negotiations and selection/market reviews to ensure the organisation maximise's their purchasing power and leverage relationships.
o Support the communication of the Benefit programmes.
o Review Benefit policies, ensuring adherence with regulatory, legal and best practice approaches.
o Take responsibility for the tactical delivery and implementation of all Benefits including:
- Flexible Benefit plans
- Retirement saving plans, including supporting governance bodies
- Health & wellbeing programmes
- Company car scheme
To be successful in your application to this role, the organisation are seeking HR professionals with:
o Proven experience in UK Benefits planning, design, financing and administration
o Broad-based knowledge of Benefits policies, process and procedures
o Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
o Ability to locally operationalise global strategy
o Strong analytical skills, confident working with financial data and detail focused
o Experience in management of 3rd party providers
o Project management skills and experience
o Strong presentation and Microsoft Office suite skills
