Our client is a highly successful global organisation with an enviable client base of blue chip, FTSE100 and Fortune 500 companies. Due to business growth, they now seeking to appoint a HR Manager to be based in their Norwich location.

In this newly created role the HR Manager will have responsibility for the HR service delivery to managers and employees and the internal HR team as well as overseeing the functions of Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Services. Your remit will include consultation with the team, develop and implement relevant strategies in each area of responsibility, manage and support programs and projects of strategic, technical and operative nature and lead the teams with a focus on service excellence and continuous improvement.
You will be expected to develop the capability of individuals across the teams through on-going professional development, acting as the ambassador for the HR function you will also continue to raise the internal profile as well as develop key stakeholders relations both internally and externally.

To be successful in this role, you will be CIPD qualified with a proven track record of managing an HR function and the ability to lead and manage a multi-site team. You will need to have excellent interpersonal and business communication skills, ability to effectively communicate across diverse stakeholders and business cultures at all seniority levels. Additionally you will demonstrate strong business acumen and an understanding of business principles, including the fundamentals of finance and profitability.
