HR Manager (standalone) - Asset Management
A global asset management organisation based in the west-end (London) is looking for a pro-active HR Manager (standalone) to join the organisation in a busy and varied standalone HR generalist role due to ongoing growth internationally of the company. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in a broad role and shape the global HR strategy over time.
This is a great opportunity for a driven and engaging HR Generalist or HR Manager that is looking operate across all facets of HR, working closely with the business in an all-encompassing role.You ideally will have a background in asset management / investment management. You will be comfortablesupporting / managingall HR operations but equally be able to balance managing ad-hoc HR projects and enhancing the HR strategy as the organisation continues to grow, working with the leadership team. You will be flexible, pro-active and relationship focused while having good attention to detail and strong analytical / excel skills. A degree(2:1+) or CIPD is desirable.
The asset management organisation (circa 180 employees) is currently valued at $15billion AUM and continues to grow in size in London and internationally. As a result, this HR Manager role is a great opportunity for someone to wants to make a difference in a value add role, while also being comfortable with the ongoing operational elements.
