Interim Recruitment Manager job available in Manchester paying up to £43k
Your new company
You will be joining a well-known brand in the market as a Recruitment Manager with a national presence of over 3000 staff.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the businesses recruitment from end to end which will including stakeholder meetings, advising managers on processes, implementing attraction plans and taking roles to market, shortlisting and interviewing candidates, onboarding candidates and looking after them in their early days. In terms of the types of roles, you will be looking after it will cover a range including head office functions such as Finance, marketing, IT, HR and will also include more operational roles and senior management roles within the organisation. You will also be directly responsible for a couple of staff in terms of ensuring the lower level roles are managed and filled by more junior members of the team. Although this is an interim position there may be an opportunity for somebody to go permanent as this role is to replace a permanent member of the team.
What you'll need to succeed
The right candidate must have at least a couple of years experience in an in-house recruitment role and be available to undertake an interim assignment and commit to it for the term of the vacancy (3-6 months).
You will have experience of operating at a senior level and implementing recruitment strategies and plans with hiring managers.
Experience of recruiting for a wide range of positions would also be a really good fit.
