You will contribute by providing administrative and coordination support within the HR shared service team. You will be the first point of contact for queries and requests in the HR function from anywhere across the business. You will maintain high standards of administration and responses both internally and externally to the organisation and its clients. Your duties will include; Maintaining HR records in accordance with current procedures in both hard copy and soft copy which includes inputting data and working with the HR system, coordinating all queries received into the HR department via phone, email, letter or other means. To be familiar and conversant with current HR policies, offer administrative support such as supporting with note taking and booking of official meetings, maintaining and ensuring the organisation have the correct records and clearances for people joining them.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience in a HR services environment, with a strong focus on accuracy and time management
What you'll get in return
Up to £25K per annum + benefits.
