Payroll & Benefits Officer - £32k + Benefits - City
A leading European Engineering and Construction business seek an experienced Payroll & Benefits Officer to join their dynamic team.
Reporting into the UK Payroll & Benefits Manager the role is as follows:
Responsible for the complete end to end payroll processing
Assist in preparing monthly BACS files, ensuring that they are correctly generated and reconciled prior to being submitted for processing
Own and resolve payroll questions and queries in an accurate and timely manner (100% customer service)
Assist with the annual Tax Year End processing ensuring accuracy of the process and required deadlines are met
Assist with ensuing that Payroll processing documentation is updated and maintained and that new payroll processes are developed and documented as required
Responsible for the processing of all company benefits including: Cycle to Work, STL, Gym, PMI etc.
Must have strong UK Payroll skills and experience
Strong communication skills internal/external
Must pride themselves on customer services
Strong time management
