As part of an exciting restructure and subsequent growth, we are pleased to be able to bring to the market a new opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join this leading manufacturing business based in Leeds.
Supporting a headcount of circa 500 you will be growing a small HR team that will deliver a highly effective and efficient HR service to the business providing high standards of customer service and professionalism.
You will be currently operating at HR Manager level and have strong experience of operating in partnership with Trade Unions and ultimately be able to demonstrate strong influencing and negotiating skills.
This is an exciting time to join this site who have a solid agenda of change ahead for 2018 and you must therefore be skilled in driving and leading change in fast paced demanding environments.
The ideal candidate will have the following;
·Strong change management skills
·Have managed a team
·Have strong manufacturing sector exposure
·Have strong Trade Union experience
·strong experience of delivering succession planning frameworks within an ageing workforce.
·Minimum level 5 CIPD qualified with a desire to progress to level 7
