Permanent HRBP job available paying up to £45k
We have an excellent new opportunity for an experienced HRBP to join an established organisation who have a staff force of over 500 employees.
The business is still in very exciting times are on a journey to grow their business and this role will be part of that strategy. We are looking for an experienced candidate who has the ability to make a difference and help to shape their organisation. You will provide Business Partnering support on all people-related matters. The business is a very professional and commercial organisation and ideally, the company are looking for somebody with this mindset. You will work closely with various departments in the business and help support the overall HR strategy and implement this through your area managers. You will be responsible for advising and supporting on complex HR/ER matters from your managers, developing relationships with managers in your area and influencing senior stakeholders, Support organisation change change and restructures and support any TUPE programmes, coach and mentor line managers, improve Performance Management capability within the business, working with HR Data to make meaningful decisions, support with the engagement strategy and help improve retention.
We are looking for experienced HR Candidates who are experienced to operate at this level
CIPD qualified or relevant experience
Strong Excel and HR information system skills
Experience of working within the Financial Services/Professional Services sector would be advantageous
