You will be joining a leading engineering firm based in London.
Your new role
You will be responsible for all administration within the learning department which includes coordinating applications, communication and queries. You will also be required to schedule sessions and manage the logistics process including venue booking, venue set up, liaison, communications, liaising with participants and suppliers, travel, accommodation. Other responsibilities include providing general HR support to the wider team.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have excellent written and oral communication skills with customers. In addition, you will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel. Previous experience of working with virtual learning environments will be advantageous.
