You will be joining a leading facilities management firm based in the city of London.
Your new role
For the right candidate, this is a permanent role and ideally looking for an experienced L&D Manager. You will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective learning and development service, working with the HR Director to ensure that this supports company objectives and values. You will also be responsible for managing the development of integrated systems to support learning, objective setting and development planning.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in the following is essential:
- Health & Safety
- Experience of liaising with the Competent Authority and/or other H&S regulators
- Knowledge and experience of working towards ISO accreditation.
- Experience of working across multi-sites
