HR Advisor/ER Specialist
Your new role
You will be required for 3 months initially with a view to permanent. The role will focus mainly on ER casework for up to 800 staff dealing with cases such as sickness, absence, disciplinary and legislative etc. The company currently has a number of cases open that they need some assistance with.
This role is very fast paced and high volume and you will be expected to work in a high pressured environment. There may be other things (project work) and other HR things that you will be getting involved with however the bulk of the role will be focusing on the ER case work.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience within a fast pace, busy environment. You will have worked in a HR Advisor role or similar previously and have a perfect knowledge of all levels of Employee Relations and employment law. This is essential.
You must have experience working with a varied, high volume caseload and be able to prioritise your own workload.
A CIPD qualification would be beneficial and you must be immediately available to start.
What you'll get in return
A 3 month position which may transfer to a permanent position within a well known brand in the city centre paying up to £35,000
