A generalist HR Advisor position to work to provide senior HR Policy, best practice and employment law advice to employees and managers at a global FMCG company based in St. Albans.
A global, well-known FMCG brand with UK offices based in St. Albans.
The HR Advisor will be responsible for:
- managing employee relations caseload including complex cases
- giving advice to employees and managers on HR policy and best practice
- working on a variety of adhoc projects as and when needed
- updating HR policies inline with employment legislation updates
The HR Advisor must have previously managed their own Employee Relations caseload including disciplinary and grievance cases.
You will need to have a good understanding of Employment Law and HR Policy and should be working towards or have a CIPD qualification/HR degree.
You should be passionate about providing an excellent HR service and working proactively to improve HR processes and systems.
The HR Advisor will receive a salary between £30,000 and £35,000 along with the employee benefits package.
