An agile and innovative, international consulting company is looking for a commercial and operational Compensation and Benefits Manager for a 6-month contract, with the potential of a permanent opportunity. This is a key role within the organisation, responsible for implementing and administering company compensation and benefits processes on a global scale. This is a great opportunity to join an growing company who is going through an exciting time of change.

The detail

The role will involve partnering with the Business to support the development of the compensation and benefits strategy, ensuring competitive and market-led programmes are in place to attract and retain top talent. Accountabilities include:
*Management of the annual salary and bonus review, variable bonus schemes and EMEA benefits, ensuring full compliance
*Benchmarking support and providing recommendations and advice on compensation packages
*Support your manager with pay governance and compliance
*Involvement in harmonisation projects and global initiatives
*Administration of the sales commission plans

Skills and Experience

*Strong experience of managing compensation and benefits from both a strategic and operational perspective
*Demonstrating strong knowledge of business markets and commercial dynamics
*Proven track record of the successful implementation of specialist projects and initiatives
*Excellent reporting, analytical and presentation skills
*Strong team player, highly numerate and analytical
