HR & Resourcing Specialist
I'm currently seeking a HR & Resourcing Specialist for my finacial services client based in South Manchester for a 12 month FTC paying up to £45k.
About the HR & Resourcing Specialist Role
As the HR & Resourcing Specialist in this Sales led environment during the 12 month fixed term contract you will join an established HR function within a large financial services organisation, utilising your exceptional HR generalist skill set. Your main focus of the role will centre around improving the resourcing activities for the contact centre, from reviewing the current attraction strategy and implementing fresh new ways of bringing exceptional talent into the business, working through the entire recruitment process. You will also work closely with line managers and stakeholders on succession planning, promoting internal progression of employees and retaining talent.
You will also support with other operational HR activities on a day to day basis, reporting into the HR Business Partner that is assigned to the business area supporting employees on all generalist enquiries.
About you the HR & Resourcing Specialist
You will have previously held a generalist HR role with a focus on resourcing within a fast paced, sales or target driven environment, ideally within a contact centre environment. You will also possess the following;
- Strong up to date knowledge in Employment Law
- Previous experience in managing volume recruitment campaigns
- Possess CIPD qualification (level 5 or 7)
- Previously delivered people initiatives and experience around reward and recognition
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
As this role will cover several projects during the length of the FTC, proven HR project management experience would be advantageous as well as previously working within a FCA regulated industry.
