Are you a leader who can develop a diverse team?

A financial services organisation in Birmingham are looking for a HR Operations Manager to lead a team which includes Shared Services, ER Advisory and Payroll.

This is a small financial services organisation who are about to launch a transformation project closely linked to the operations team, which you will be very much part of shaping. This will focus on building capacity and skill across the team and realigning work load, plus coaching managers across the business.

We are looking for an experienced manager who can lead with gravitas and communicate messages effectively within the team and out into the wider organisation. As HR Operations Manager, you will tailor your support to team leaders in shared service and payroll and use your work history in Employee Relations to coach your ER advisors.

Once this initial transformation project is complete, you will look at the wider strategic approach for the team and have the opportunity to manage projects with a broader HR remit.

What are we looking for?

  • A track record of leading a team of 5 or more in a HR role
  • Experience within a Shared Service/Business Partner model
  • Strong ER knowledge with the ability to guide Advisors in managing more complex casework
