We're currently working with a prestigious financial services firm based in Mayfair, on a new opportunity for an HR Administrator to join their small team.

The role will report to the Head of HR and will support her as well as the HR Analyst with all administration, including:

Preparing letters, contracts and other documents for distribution and correspondence

Manage the HR system, inputting data

Support the administration of employee benefits, visa applications, record keeping and managing employee files

Monitor the HR inbox responding to queries and escalating where required

Track pre-employment screening for new joiners, prepare new joiner packs, assist with induction, distribute joiner & leaver checklists

Source references for new employees

Collate data from exit interviews to identify recurring themes in reasons for leaving

Support the visa application cycle, liaising with office management to arrange relocations

Candidates suitable for this opportunity will:

Have strong administration experience particularly with Excel and databases (HR systems experience would be a great advantage)

Be a team player with a helpful attitude and drive for excellence in attention to detail

Ideally have worked within an HR function previously

Ideally have worked in a financial services or professional services firm
