Interim HR Project Coordinator
West Bromwich

A globally established manufacturing organisation, with a clear strategic vision based on continued growth and reinforcing their place as number 1 in the sector is seeking a highly capable HR Project Coordinator to join (for a period of 6 months) at a highly exciting time for the business.

Such is the nature of the business, a range of HR projects need to be addressed yet the current HR team are unable to pay due attention to these. As a result this vacancy has arisen to take ownership of these projects to ensure the business is fit for purpose and meeting any legal requirements.

One key focus of this role will be GDPR and what this means to the business; understanding what information is stored and how it is stored; understanding what data can be kept or achieved, and what can be destroyed etc. If it is being kept, how this information can be digitalised and efficiently and correctly stored. 

To be considered for this role you:

Have had experience of having dealt with HR projects;
Must have an excellent understanding of GDPR;
Will have an excellent understanding of HR Systems.
