Recruitment Administrator

£13 - £15 per hour plus holiday

My client, a multi-national engineering company are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to come on board to join their close-knit recruitment team in London. The Recruitment Administrator will work closely with the Senior Recruitment Partner to deliver an excellent experience for candidates and hiring managers.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external candidates, internal stakeholders and HR colleagues at various levels, external parties such as recruitment agencies.

Main responsibilities:

Act as the first line response for queries from candidates, hiring managers and the wider HR team ensuring positive candidate and stakeholder experience.

Advertise roles internally and externally ensuring consistent professional look and feel.

Liaise with recruitment agencies where required.

Where required shortlist candidates against an agreed set of criteria.

Proactively drive the selection process forward by efficient scheduling of assessments.

Provide hiring managers with the appropriate assessment materials.

Gather and redistribute assessment feedback.

Actively track and review Recruitment KPIs.

Provide holiday cover for the HR administrator.

You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels, have experience working in a fast-paced recruitment environment managing multiple stakeholders and have excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.
