Interim Learning & Development Consultant (Fee Earners)
A City based Global Law Firm is looking for an experienced L&D Consultant on an Interim basis for a 3 month-contract. This organisation has around 2,000 employees and this role will be looking after the fee earning population and Partners.
Initially for 3 months, this newly created role will report to the Head of L&D in Europe and will help define and shape the short and term and long-term plans for supporting the needs of the fee earning population including the Partners.
*Build the L&D plan to fully align to business needs, business strategy and vision, articulating local and international requirement
*Working closely with the shared services team in Europe
*Programme Design, Development and Delivery
*Talent Identification and Development, working in partnership with HR colleagues, both nationally and internationally
*Leadership Development and Succession Planning
*Operating as a key member of the International L&D team, contributing to the overall L&D strategy
Skills and Experience
To be considered for the role you will need to have experience ideally in a partnership environment or at least a complex matrix global structure.
