HR Operations Advisor - No ER or Recruitment
A forward-thinking technology company in the City is looking for a HR Operations Advisor to join their Operations team. This role will be supporting the Payroll Manager, completing general HR operations administration and HRIS.
**PLEASE NOTE - this role does not include any ER or recruitment**
-Working with the Global Payroll Manager to process payroll, ensuring all data is correct
-Maintaining HRIS with information including salary, bonus and benchmarking data
-Ensuring appropriate administration of benefits
-Managing global immigration process, including liaison with immigration solicitors
-Had exposure in a global business, with 500+ employees
-HRIS and payroll experience are essential
-Knowledge of the immigration process is an advantage
