We are currently recruiting for a HR Manager to join an innovative technology company based in Central London.
This is a generalist position with Business Partnering responsibilities for a client group of approximately 120 people. The role reports to a Senior HR Business Partner. It is an ideal opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor/HR Manager who is looking for career progression.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Employee Relations
- Training and development
- Human Resources administrative management
5+ years experience with relevant degree in HR, at least 2 years people management experience
CIPD qualified minimum of Associate Level
Able to handle and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
Proven ability to analyse complex business issues and identify, design and implement effective practical HR recommendations
IT literacy, good understanding of Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel)
