HR Business Partner
An interim opportunity for an immediately available HR Business Partner with strategic experience in change management and employee engagement. Join a fast-paced and dynamic team within a forward thinking HR team.
We are currently partnering with a market leading business with an excellent industry reputation. The people team are currently undertaking a number of projects and are seeking a dynamic and hands-on business partner on an interim basis to support the additional volume.
- Partnering with managers, directors and academic staff
- Project management in change and/or engagement
- Providing advice on employment law
- Overseeing generalist operational function
- Workforce planning and resource management
- Performance management and appraisals
- Confident HR Business Partner with project management experience
- Strategic and operational experience required
- Strong generalist skills and knowledge
- CIPD qualification ideal but not essential
- Immediately available
- £40-45k Salary
- Interim opportunity with immediate start
