HR Administrator / HR Assistant
£20,000 - £25,000 FTE
Are you an HR Professional looking for your next part-time opportunity? I've partnered with a business in Horsham to recruit a new role into their growing team.
You will be responsible for a full operational coverage, with responsibilities including:
Management and review of all employee files - Both paper & Electronic.
Production of HR Documentation, including employment contracts, offer paperwork and starter packs.
First line point of contact for employee queries around policies and procedures.
Pre-employment screening including referencing and vetting.
Management of the end to end recruitment process
Administration of reward and benefit processes.
Ideally you will have previous experience in an HR position with the ability to work autonomously and under your own direction. Exposure to HR Administration and recruitment processes will be beneficially, with working knowledge of UK Employment Law.
