HR Administrator - Legal
A leading international law firm, headquartered in New York are looking for a HR Administrator to join the team. As the HR Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the HR team whilst assisting them in delivering generalist support to the London office. As the HR Administrator, you will be responsible for:Assisting HR team with data entry on HR systemsKeeping a log of joiner and leaver information; compiling and sending out the weekly people reportManaging all filing systems including personnel filesArranging archiving of files as necessaryAssisting Recruitment Advisor and HR Assistant with recruitment adminProviding support with the Graduate Recruitment, Trainee Induction and Internship processesSupporting the HR & Professional Development Manager during Associate Review processesPreparing professional development induction packs for HRAssisting with recording staff vacation and sickness etc.Assisting with payroll i.e. checking overtimeMonitoring the recruitment inbox on a weekly basisAs the HR Administrator, you will possess:An organised and responsive approach with ability to prioritiseAbility to use initiativeTeam player attitudeStrong communication skills both written and verballyIf this HR Administrator role is of interest, please apply directly.
