Urgently seeking Payroll Administrators who have experience processing a fast pasted, weekly recruitment payroll using MERIT.

Main duties include:

  • Setting temps up on the payroll System and control schedule
  • Inputting timesheets/invoices into the payroll software and control schedule
  • Processing new starters and leavers
  • Ensuring all documentation received, e.g. signed contract for services, bank details, starter checklist & P45 from PAYE temps on a timely basis
  • Ensuring all documentation for a Ltd temps is received on a timely basis
  • Reconciling the payroll reports
  • Monitoring holiday pay and releasing payment
  • Setting up the payments on NatWest Bankline
  • Liaising with consultants, clients and temps
  • Dealing with payroll queries from temps
  • Dealing with invoice queries from clients
  • Generation of weekly invoices and sending them out to clients
  • Generation of weekly payslips and sending them out to the temps
  • Generating P45's
  • Uploading FPS to HMRC
  • Generating necessary reports for consultants
  • Assist with the preparation for tax year end
  • Deduction of pensions/opt ins/opt outs and ensuring payments are made to our pension provider
  • Liaising with our pension provider
  • Implementing phase 2 in Merit i.e. online timesheets/payslips
