The Opportunity

A highly respected, multinational investment bank is looking for a strategic HR Benefit Manager with strong communication skills. You will be providing support research into best practice and legislative and market changes for their global benefits package providing expert advice to HR and the business. This is not an operational role and is an exciting opportunity to join a strong, international organisation where you are able make a difference and effect change.

The detail

The role will involve conducting research into legislative and market changes in employee benefits, plus providing direction and expert advice to HR and the business. Accountabilities include:

*Providing analytical and logistical support to the global benefits team, covering policy and governance
*Supporting projects which include the benefits vendor RFP's, GDPR compliance and pension survey analysis
*Responsibility for managing the life and disability insurance policies
*Responsibility for managing the performance and reward procurement activity and employee benefits trackers
*Supporting the oversight of the global supplier performance management processes for performance and reward

Skills and Experience

*Good experience designing and managing specialist benefit programmes
*Demonstrating strong knowledge of business markets and commercial dynamics
*Proven track record of the successful implementation of specialist initiatives
*Excellent reporting, analytical and presentation skills
*Highly numerate and analytical
