HR Manager - You will be joining an exciting global technology firm with an enviable client list, located in West London . The business is going from strength to strength and this exciting role has been created due to growth. You will be a true Partner to the business, for an initial 12 month FTC.
Your new role
As HR Manager working in a fast paced global technology business, you will be part of an exciting organisation and in a tremendous role. Initially on a 12 month FTC, you will manage your own client group within the business, so you need exceptional stakeholder management and advisory skills. You will drive HR best practice through supporting the business; drawing on broad expertise and having a comprehensive grasp of core HR functions. The role will identify opportunities to affect business results, identify and implement changes to processes, and support strategic initiatives. Working within a global Technology firm, you must realise that each day is very variable and you must be able to act intuitively.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to possess a commercial mind-set, to swiftly partner with the business and make an impact. You will be coaching and facilitating business managers with HR best practice procedures. You will become the face of HR and be the go-to person for all HR queries, supporting c800 staff in London head office. Experience working with an HRIS, advisory and stakeholder management skills are key. The successful candidate will be an already existing HR Manager/Business Partner who already has their own client group and has experience partnering with the business.
