As a benefits administrator you will work closely with the People Benefits team to provide on benefit processes and administration. Working within the fleixble benefits system a key part of this role will be to prepare the system for it's annual renewal process.

Main responsibilities:

  • Act as first point of contact for all benefit enquires
  • Support with pension administration
  • Assist with the monthly processing of all employee benefits
  • Play a key role in preparing the flexible benefits system for an annual renewable processes
  • Work closely with payroll
  • Assist with the annual budget process
  • Various ad hoc projects

Experience required

  • Experience working with a flexible benefits system
  • experience of DC pension administration
  • Good knowledge of microsoft office
  • Previously worked in an administration role within a professional service environment
  • Be able to work on their own initiative and under strict deadlines
  • Have a keen eye for detail with the ability to proof read work thoroughl
