Retail / Hospitality Brand


£90,000 to £110,000

Our client is a retail / hospitality business and hiring for a Head of HR. Our client is a well known brand and they are looking for a commercial HR lead to join their team. This role will be partnering with one of the largest regions in the business and managing a large team of business partners. You will be integral to building the brand and culture while attracting talent to the business and leading a strong commercial HR team.

You will need to demonstrate a wealth of experience at generalist level and be able to develop the recruitment processes for the business.

Key duties:

Training and Development - Provide leadership and coaching to the business, build talent management to ensure that people plans are executed

Engagement - Recognition and career development culture

Recruitment - Manage the resourcing for the client group and for all operations, ensure there is a strong source of candidates for the business and drive and build internal talent pipeline

Partner - Partner closely with the Operations and Business Managers to drive strong business results, build capability within the group, work with the ER team to deal with issues and challenges

Manage the pay reviews across the region, bonus programme and implement compensation and benefits strategy

Responsible for the delivery of the recruitment

Responsible for the delivery of development activities to improve capability for stores/ sites.

The Head of HR will have worked within a multi site business and understand the complexity and challenges of a business set up in this way.This role is working for a fast paced organisation and will need to have the following experience

Character - high enthusiastic, flexible, used to working in a quick changing environment

Generalist / HR Business Partner background

Open to industry but a related field would be an advantage
