Interim Reward Manager (6 months +)
An excellent opportunity as arisen for an experienced Reward Specialist to join an organisation during an exciting period of transformation. Reporting into the Head of Reward, the purpose of this role will be to provide technical reward expertise to the business as well as to support key initiatives and developments into clear and engaging communications. As the subject matter expert you will enable the development of reward policies that are aligned to the People Function and company values, which support business strategies, and which are market competitive and legislatively compliant.
To be successful in this role you will possess strong reward project management capability and be highly organised with demonstrable experience of delivering at pace and within agreed timescales. Excellent numeracy and data analysis skills is required along with strong attention to detail and accuracy and a desire to improve process and outputs.
