More specifically, as a Recruiter, you will be responsible for;
- Liaising with hiring managers to agree route to market and manage expectations
- Sourcing and screening new candidates
- Managing agency relationships
- Leading first stage interviews with line managers
- Supporting with the on boarding of new hires and transfers from global offices
- Mentoring junior members of the team
- Supporting / leading on ad hoc recruitment projects
You must have a background in legal recruitment, either within financial / professional services or from an agency. You must have a thorough understanding of the candidates law firms look for and be able to make recommendations to all level stakeholder.
This role requires you to be highly organised and able to manage conflicting priorities. You must be able to build long lasting and effective relationships, and work in a team environment with a customer service focus.
