Your new role
The role will be responsible for the operational delivery of the full life cycle of HR processes including UK and International payroll including on-boarding, absence and salary review. You will be responsible for managing a team of HR Assistants who are responsible for providing hr support including on-boarding, hr transactional and also the analytics and checking of payroll information before it gets outsourced. The role will include all the management of the hr services, managing the hr administration and payroll processes, responsible for the performance of the HR system and making changes to improve the service, ensuring you are up to date with employment legislation to make sure that the processes are fit for purpose, responsible for management information, responsible for building external partner relationships, HR & payroll projects,
What you'll need to succeed
Experience of working within an HR Services department and managing the function.
Experience of HR legislation in order to ensure the hr services service is maintained and appropriate
Understanding of payroll and experience of reconciling payroll
Experience of managing outsourced relationships
Good analytical skills
