You will be joining an exciting global technology company with an enviable client list, located in West London. The business is a household name, global player and this exciting role has been created due to growth. You will be an astute, commercially aware and hands on HR Manager for an initial 12 month FTC, with potential to extend.
Your new role
As a customer focused HR Manager working in a fast paced global technology business, you will be part of an innovative and dynamic organisation in a tremendous role. Initially on a 12 month FTC, significant relevant HR Manager experience is required. You will be prepared to roll your sleeves up and drive HR best practice through supporting the business; drawing on broad expertise and having a comprehensive grasp of core HR functions. The role will identify opportunities to affect business results, identify and implement changes to processes, and support strategic initiatives. Working within a global Technology company, you must realise that each day is variable, you must be able to act intuitively and you must be willing to coach others around you.
What you'll need to succeed
You need to possess a commercial mind-set and be a culturally aware pragmatic team player with excellent interpersonal and communications skills. You will be coaching and facilitating business managers with HR best practice procedures, whilst taking ownership of Employee Relations. You will be supporting c180 staff in London head office. Reporting into Senior HRBP for Europe, the successful candidate will be an already existing HR Manager from a fast paced matrix organisation, keen to develop others and an expert in all matters surrounding UK employment law.
