Oakleaf Partnership are representing a leading financial services organisation based in the City recruiting for a Benefits Manager to lead the Benefits and Pensions offering for the UK and Global Business.

Managing a Benefits Administrator and Head of Benefits (and team) you will be leading the benefits and pensions agenda for this organisation. The population is split between the UK (Bias) and the rest of the world. Our client has large expansion plans and so you will be pivotal in managing the international strategy moving forward. Our client has several acquisitions already in the pipeline.

The successful candidate will be overseeing all employee benefits, across core, risk, flexible and voluntary. You will be looking for opportunities to improve their existing offering and design and implement new benefits offerings for new territories. Previous experience of managing international benefits schemes is desirable but not essential, as this is something that can be taught.

You will be owning the administration of the Executive Benefits Committee and ensure the organisations is compliant with all benefits and pensions regulations. As you will be the most senior benefits specialist within the group, you will also be responsible for leading on senior stakeholder relationships both internally and externally.
