Interim People and Culture Manager
The job is for a People Manager to lead the HR function. You will line manage one person and between you offer a very proactive HR service, focusing on engagement, development and growth.The job is very generalist, some sensitive case work might crop up so you'll have sound employment law knowledge but you'll also manage all new starters, on boarding and inductions. you'll manage training budgets and creative interventions to develop your people. You'll continuously promote the business culture through all people initiatives and measure engagement. You'll also seek to continuously improve systems, policies and procedures. This is a maternity cover role - 12 months to start at SHORT NOTICE.
