Senior Payroll Manager £55k to £65k + Package (£4k car, 5% flex & 10% bonus) - Central Edinburgh A leading retail bank who's Payroll Team are based in Central Edinburgh seek an experienced Senior Payroll Manager to come in on an operational level. The role of the Senior Payroll Manager is as follows: Be responsible for the delivery of all operational aspects of HR Payroll including process improvement and the delivery of HR projectsManage the provision of a comprehensive HR support service, providing effective leadership to team members and contributing to the strategic direction of the areaManage operational oversight for business systems, Payroll and HR Process Framework to ensure the requirements and service levels are met within budgetEnsure Business continuity plans are in place for HR Systems and PayrollEnsure Payroll have effective controls around all payroll processes and activitiesDelivery of internal reporting requirementsDelivery of payroll elements of annual, cyclical and other projects as requiredOperational Management of all incidents relating to the HR and Payroll Systems in line with the incident management processStakeholder Management and colleague communications as required in the event of any high impact incidentsOperational and end user testing of changes or fixes to the HR and Payroll SystemsEnsuring all financial reconciliations and transfers relating to payroll are accurately completed on timeProvide advice and guidance to other areas of HR in relation to payroll impacts of changes to policy and/or benefitsManagement and development of the teamOversee HR systems and Payroll Rick Management and SOX Controls This is a new role/blank canvass so if you are genuinely interested please send over your most up-to-date CV and details and if your CV matches the job description we will get back to you within 24 hours.
