Payroll & Pensions Specialist - £45k to £50k + Bonus & Excellent Pension - Hyde Park

A niche Bank based in South West London currently seek an experienced Payroll & Pensions Specialist.

Reporting into the HR Director this really is a Hybrid role that incorporates everything from Payroll to Pensions, HR and Benefits.

The role of the Payroll & Pensions Specialist is as follows:

Be the subject matter expert for all Payroll related questions and queries and work alongside a part time Payroll Specialist

Processing the Payroll and then posting out to SD Worx (Ceridian)

Small volume but high earner payroll

Payroll Accounting: Reconciliations, Journals, Transfers and Internal Accounting

Be the subject matter expert for all Pensions related questions and queries

Close liaison with 3rd Party Pensions Provider

Be the lead for all Auto Enrolment duties

Vendor Management: Be the lead and keep in constant contact with the payroll provider making sure that they are in line with the terms and conditions that have been agreed

Benefits Project Work: Working alongside the HRD and Benefits Specialist in terms of negotiations, renewals and processing

HR Project Work: Work alongside the HRD on all related HR projects

Be the lead on all systems implementations, procedures and processes in relation to Payroll & Pensions

In addition to the above:

You will need to have strong payroll and pensions experience

Have strong Excel skills: V Look Ups and Pivot Tables

Pride yourself on attention to detail and meeting strict deadlines

Excellent communication skills
