Payroll & Benefits Advisor £48k to £53k plus Bonus & Benefits - West End

A leading Global Financial Services Advisory firm based in London's West End seek an experienced Payroll & Benefits Advisor to join their busy HR team.

This role reports in the Director of HR and is responsible for providing a full range of payroll and administrative support to the UK operation to ensure an accurate and professional service. The role will also assist with some wider EMEA payroll and benefit processes and initiatives. The responsibilities include being the key point of contact for all payroll related questions and queries within the UK organisation and liaising closely with the US payroll team.

Duties and responsibilities:

Responsible for the collecting and documenting of all payroll input data on a monthly basis for the UK operation

Assist with EMEA focused payroll questions and queries that may arise

Assist with the calculation of all SSP, SMP, SPP

Liaise with the US payroll team to ensure payroll is completed accurately

Liaise with the internal Finance team to manage the monthly payments to the LLP Director members

Investigate issues and anomalies

Be the subject matter expert for all payroll & benefits queries

Management and compliance reporting to HMRC

Benefits & Pension:

Responsible for the administration of the pension scheme for the UK offices

Managing on going responsibilities for Auto Enrolment

Liaise with Benefits Broker and individual benefits providers

Assist in the setting up of new pension and benefits in other EMEA offices

Reconcile benefits invoices

Background & Qualifications:

Proven payroll and benefits experience and exposure

Strong understanding of PAYE and NIC legislation

EMEA experience desirable

Strong Excel#
